Warranty Service
Crane ensures superior service after the installation. We are committed to your comfort and we’ll go the extra mile to guarantee your complete satisfaction during the warranty period.

Besides your mortgage, there is no single cost greater than what you pay to heat and cool your home. When having a new home built, many people attempt to save a little money by installing a low grade heating & cooling system, only to pay that money back month after month in higher energy bills. Let Crane help you make a smart choice for your new home.

Efficiency
Every new furnace and air conditioner has an efficiency rating. This number gives you an idea of how much it will cost to operate. At Crane, our new furnaces start at a minimum AFUE rating of 80% and can go as high as an ultra-efficient 96% unit. Our new air conditioners and heat pumps start at a minimum SEER rating of 10 and can go as high as 16. Crane carries top quality products for maximum efficiency in your new home.

Heating and Cooling is one of the greatest costs associated with owning a home. That's why you want to choose an energy efficient system. The more efficient the system, the more money you will save.

Comfort
When you’re thinking about buying a heating & cooling system, comfort is just as important to consider as efficiency. It is critical that it is sized and designed properly to optimize comfort given typical Cincinnati conditions.

Of course, total home comfort is not merely a function of the air's temperature. Air quality, moisture, and the flexibility of your system all have a different impact. Crane carries electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, programmable thermostats and thermidistats to optimize comfort for your family and minimize energy usage.
